EXPECT AN ENCOUNTER
Expectation creates anticipation, because there is a glimmer of hope. Hope may be a fragile thing for you, because your hope has been trampled on. BUT when you can confidently hope in God, you expect an encounter. The woman who had been suffering with an illness had faith to say, "If I could JUST TOUCH Jesus..." She heard that one encounter with Jesus was changing lives. So she pushed her way through the crowd expecting that one touch would heal her. There is power when you put your expectation in the right place. Come with expectancy that God wants to encounter you, even more than your expectation. "He is near to all who call on His name." (Ps. 145:18)
Like we said earlier, the end goal is for you to experience the presence of God in your life,
in your home, in your city, and in your nation.
